Fall With My Family

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

I know I promised to blog more this year, but I have clearly been slacking, since my last blog post was 6 months ago! So, I’ll be trying to blog my sessions every couple of days until I get caught up to the present!

Fall is one of my favorite seasons (after Christmas) so I absolutely love doing fall sessions indoors and out. This year I convinced my friends (whom I’ve known forever and call my sisters) and their mom, and my mom to do some photographs together. It’s a pretty attractive bunch of girls if I do say so myself! Of course I had to get my wiener dogs in there as well.

I hope you enjoy!

Ollie and Samia at the Beach!

Oliver and Samia and one of my go-to families when I need photos for a flyer! They’re both super cute kids and are (mostly) cooperative. Oliver wasn’t too thrilled about having his photos done this time, but as you can see, he is still adorable no matter what he is doing!

I made the kid-friendly sand myself and am going to be offering mini sessions for these in June! Good for up to two kids, these sessions are going to go fast and will be a blast for everyone involved!

For only $100, you’ll have your choice of either 25 cards with up to 4 images, or 3 digital images with printing rights.

So get ready to get down and dirty at the beach (without the worry of getting sunburned) and book your session now!

Tom and Willow

Hello, everyone! I am moving more towards fine art pet portraits (timeless and classic) so I had two wonderful doggie models come into the studio a few weeks ago, and they did great!

Tom is a seasoned Weimaraner and has the best doggie smile. His best human bud jumped in a couple photos with him, which was super cute!

Willow is just a pup, and was a bit of a handful to get sitting still, but she did an awesome job as well! I don’t see Dalmatians too often anymore, so I was excited when her mom contacted me about the photos!

I can’t wait to do more pet portraits in the studio! Dogs, cats, and other furry, scaly, or feathery friends are always welcome!

Charlee and Jett’s Easter Session

Charlee and Jett came to see me yesterday morning for their Easter Mini Session. They had both decided that they weren’t up for photos and were a bit on the grumpy side, but they warmed up and we were able to get some super cute photos of them! Perfect example of why we don’t easily give up on picture day! I loved their little Easter outfits and they ended up having a good time.

Aren’t they the cutest? They are super silly and definitely have their own little personalities!

Brittany’s Maternity

Miss Brittany brought herself and her adorable two kids in for her maternity session a couple days ago. She is due this summer and won’t be finding out what she’s having until he or she makes the great debut!

She wanted to go with a baby color scheme, and I think the setup turned out pretty cute! Karter wasn’t too keen on getting his photos done, but we worked on him a little bit and we got him to warm up. Kelya is absolutely adorable and should be a little model! Aren’t they a beautiful family? ❤

Kim and Jordan’s Easter

Hello, everybody! Spring is in full bloom in the studio, and I’m all ready for Easter, too! I have two scenic backgrounds and lots of Easter props and colorful flowers for photos. I love seeing all the pretty pastel colors!

Kim and Jordan visited me for their family photos. I photographed Tabatha and her family when she was pregnant, I did a newborn session for Jordan, and a four month session! So of course I was excited to do this next set of photos for the family 🙂

Kim was a photo ham as usual, and Jordan gave us plenty of chunky-cheeked smiles, and he’s even grown in a tooth!

I hope you enjoy viewing some of my favorites from the session, including the ones that Kim purchased!

Happy Spring!

Daddy Is My Hero

I’ve been feeling under the weather, so I’m a day late, but I did some photos as a surprise graduation/going away gift for one of my favorite families! Brendan graduated yesterday with his second Master’s Degree, and today is Starr‘s birthday, so the celebrations will be weekend-long, I’m sure! I will truly miss them and their energetic little boys and their precious baby girl!

Keep serving our country, Brendan, and God bless you all!
