Client Information and Booking

I am so excited to have the opportunity to capture your unique session. I have created a list of steps to help guide you through the process. You will get plenty of emails along the way to make sure you are prepared for an awesome session. If at any time if you have questions, please feel free to contact me at or via text at 937-789-7995.

Step 1: You did that already! You came to my page to look for information about a session. Thank you!

Step 2: Complete the Inquiry Form. Help me get to know you!

Step 3: You will receive an email asking for more details about what type of session you are looking for. Giving as many details as possible will help us get the best results at your session.

Step 4: After deciding what type of session you want, you will be given a scheduling link with available dates. I am sometimes able to make exceptions for special cases, so if you don’t see a date and it’s the only date that works for you, please email me at and I’ll see if there is anything I can do!

Step 5: After you pick your date, you will be sent a contract with all the legalities. It is important to note that retainers paid are not refundable, and that if you need to reschedule a session, it must be done 7 days in advance, or your retainer will not be able to be transferred.

Step 6: After picking your date and signing your contract, you need to pay your retainer! Retainers can be paid via cash app ($jreneecreations), venmo (@jamie-cox), zelle (937-789-7995), or with a credit/debit card for an additional $5 fee. Your date and time is not held without your retainer.

Step 7: After your retainer is paid, you will get a confirmation email for your session! You are booked and ready to go!

Step 8: Go get some inspiration! Feel free to send pictures you like and might want to try to recreate. Check out color combinations for families.
